What do you think the Key ingredient in a Relationship recipe is?

Is it Love? Love makes the world go round, doesn’t it? When two people are in love, everything is possible.

Is it Money? No money, no talk. Do not talk about getting into a relationship with me if you have no money.

Is it Sex? Why get into a relationship if it is not for that passionate hot steamy sex?

Is it Communication? The lack of communication has been the reason why most relationships fail.

Or is it something else? This list can go on and on but to me…

the Key ingredient for a healthy relationship is Trust. Yes, it is a must-have ingredient in a relationship recipe. It is like baking a cake, you must have flour.

You may ask, “why Trust?”

Simple.

Without Trust, nothing else matters.

If you do not trust your other half, would there be Love? It is only when you trust the other person, you fall in love with him/her.

If you do not trust your other half, would you be willing to spend your hard-earned Money with him/her? Or even willing to share that Money with him/her?

If you do not trust your other half, would you engage in a Sexual relationship or activity with him/her?

If you do not trust your other half, would you want to even Communicate ie. speak to and/or listen to him/her?

When there is no longer trust in a relationship, that relationship crumbles.

There is no more Love. It is my Money and that is yours, no more sharing. There is unlikely more Sex unless that is the only thing on both persons’ mind. Probably still some communication but likely at the back of both persons’ mind is “can I trust what you are saying?”

If you want to have a strong relationship, strengthen the Trust element and the others will fall into place.
